SINVAT credit rules 2007
Two years(well, almost) in an audit firm has taught me something about life…or has it? Here goes..my new theory on sins..based on CENVAT credit rules 2006 – India.
Short title, extent and commencement: These may be called the SINVAT credit rules 2007, shall extend to whole of the world, whether you like it or not.

The sinner on earth shall be allowed to take credit of the good deeds performed by him to remove sins of equal worth.
The manufacturer shall take credit for good deeds performed by him towards setting of sins. Wherever credit available is short of the sins performed, the manufacturer shall be informed by the wrath of god…
The manufacturer running short of credit, maybe allowed to use the PLA account to remove goods, er…sins by making contributions to charity…
